Does NVC mail stepchild bills and such?

I brought my husband here using a lawyer so all forms and correspondence went to her. I don't expect my 15 year old stepson in rural brazil to complete these forms. Will I be able to submit them on his behalf? I guess he has to sign though... Anyone have insight on this? Thanks!

Yes, you do it read the wikis and complete the form with evidence and submit. I think because he is a minor the father can sign.
