As I have just started the IR-1 journey, one of the first things I encountered on the I130 is the inability to use

the space bar in one box on the form and limits in other boxes. I found a partial fix that helps with some issues.

I want to type as much as possible and write as little as possible.

Launch Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

Select Edit>Preferences

Select the JavaScript Category

Uncheck the ‘Enable Acrobat JavaScript’ option

Click OK

Turning this off eliminates those irritating java script popups on the many pdf forms we must fill out.
