How old is she now?

If she already has her visa, why would she need a waiver?

good luck

she is 25now. not sure if i use waiver correctly i was asking if there is anyway for her to get a green card

She cannot get a green card simply because she was in the US for so long, I assumed she stayed there illegally (which was wrong of me). How did she grow up in the US? Was she on a visa?

Does she have family in the US that can petition for her? She must be very sure not to overstay her current tourist visa because it could harm her chances in the future of obtaining any immigrant benefits

good luck

She cannot stay in the US simply because she stayed here a long time illegally before. She would need closer family than aunts and cousins... the only way she could immigrate via family with them is if the aunt/ uncle petitioned for her parents (ie the siblings of the current US citizens), and then her parents petitioned for her, but you are looking at many years of waiting.

Is she college educated and may be sought out by employers? Would she have the money to go to college here which may lead to a work visa later?

How did she get a visitor visa when she overstayed in the US from age 18 to 21? More than 1 year of illegal presence equals a 10 years ban . Did she disclose her years living in the US? If she did not disclose it when she got the visitor visa, then she has screwed herself for life when the US government figures she made a material misrepresentation.

That’s where I am confused… she was in US from 7 thru 21 now she is 25, how did she get her tourist visa?

She would not be eligible for the tourist visa in first place.

Could've lied on DS-160... There's question on previous US visas and length of stay. Relatives (all) in the US...

Not sure if they still ask about education - highschool and above... What did she put there?

Also interested on how she obtained a tourist visa.
