And what should happen if they do? They're people too.

I'm the beneficiary.

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Well if the statistics from adjudicator q&a are still true, it's an average of 15 minutes per petition. That's reasonably fast for me. And everyone is entitled to vacation.

I'm the beneficiary.

IM entitled to a vacation too.. and i do take vacations.. Where i work i have deadlines to meet and I make them. I dont have an excuse like "im a person too" ... If my boss wants me to finish fixing 1 machine in 1 hour.. I fix 2 in 1 hour.. People should be more like me..

By the way if thats fast enought for you.. Then Id appreciate it if you would call them up and tell them.. YOur not in a hurry so other people who are more impatient can cut in line in front of you

Everyone is entitled to vacation. Yes, i have deadlines too. Yes, i have vacations too. Yes, 15 minutes per petition is fast enough for me. I've so far been waiting since March and i'm not complaining.

I'm the beneficiary.

i can see so many cases geting approved within 1 or 2 or 3 months and some in a 7 or 8 or 9 or year or so and where is the fair in this case some people hold their lifes for year and some get it in a few months i think it has to be something done for this to keep people in line and not cross over protest6wz.gif

We paid a fee...I don't care if 15 people have a vacation planned for the same week... Everywhere you go, companies get coverage for the people who are out of the office. Or they only allow a certain amount of people in a dept to take time off at one time so they don't fall behind. It really is no excuse for why there is such a backlog. As someone stated in another thread... 4-6 weeks tops should be enough time to process the cases. Background checks don't take that long...I'm really frustrated also.

I was never good at waiting. This must be a test dry.png
