What to bring to Port of Entry (other than sealed packet)

So my husband and I will be reunited (and it feels so good!) on Wednesday (TOMORROW!!!) and I want to know if there is anything other than the obvious that he needs to bring with him when he goes through the port of entry (seattle). Obviously he needs his passport and the sealed packet but is there anything else? Thank you :)

K-1 Visa, Passport, K-1 packet , I -94 ( it is electronic now), customs declaration.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

Prediction 04/08/2015

Congratulations!! My husband also went through Seattle POE... they are very nice and goes very smoothly... (even in general according to past reviews)

I think the OP is a CR1/IR1 visa holder, not K1!

USCIS (239 days):

04.18.2013 - NOA1

12.13.2013 - NOA2 via email; I-130 approved. Shipped to NVC

NVC (274 days):

12.30.2013 - Arrived at NVC

01.27.2014 - Received case no. & IIN

02.07.2014 - Completed & submitted DS-261 form online

02.13.2014 - Paid AOS bill

02.18.2014 - AOS showing as 'paid'

03.18.2014 - Invoiced for IV bill (finally!)

03.19.2014 - Made payment for IV bill

03.21.2014 - IV bill showing PAID

03.24.2014 - Completed DS-260 online

03.29.2014 - Mailed IV Packet

04.26.2014 - IV packet all approved, false checklist from NVC for AOS packet

05.07.2014 - AOS packet sent

06.12.2014 - AOS packet scanned in (took them THAT LONG to do it)

07.29.2014 - Received checklist via email

07.30.2014 - Sent re-filled AOS form, as per checklist instructions

09.24.2014 - Case Complete (FINALLY)

Nope that's everything. POE is a really easy procedure.. 2 finger prints, 2 signatures, stamp and done!

He should hand carry the envelope, do not put it in a bag unless that bag is attached to him (like a back pack carry on.) But he should definitely have it in hand at customs.

That's all he needs. He will fill out a customs form on the plane along with everybody else. He will not fill out an I-94. That went automated in May.

Many airports have a separate area/room to open the envelope and process the visa entry. It's to keep the lines moving for the rest of the folks without immigrant envelopes. Click on POE in the light blue menu bar at the top and find your airport. People will describe what happens in Seattle. Edited by Nich-Nick
