Would a couple of people please be kind enough to check my cover sheet of all items include in my AOS package before I send it away?
I am filing for everything concurrently and recently got married to my husband (USC). I gathered my instructions from the USCIS forms, I hope below is correct?

Items to be sent:

Check for $420
1 Passport-style Photo of Beneficiary and 1 of Petitioner
G-1145
I-130 Form
G-325A (Petitioner)
G-325A (Beneficiary)
Birth Certificate of Petitioner (front and back)
Marriage Certificate (front and back)
Joint Lease of Apartment
Joint Bank Acc.
Joint Utility Bills
Affidavit from friend assuring our relationship and marriage

Looks like you have some extra things (like G-1145's and I-94's), but that won't hurt.

The only thing I see lacking (but maybe it is implied in that "+" before "I-864") is that you need to include tax returns for the main sponsor even if you are not using that income (or an explanation of why he/she did not have to file taxes).
