I have few questions on DS-230 Part I form. As an background... Both the petitioner and beneficiary is Divorced.

Beneficiary in this case is a Female

Question 2: Assuming that family name from previous marriage is required here.

Question 14: Will X-Spouse information goes here or my fiance puts None here since we are not currently married yet (Status is Divorced)

Question 15: Depends on Question 14?

Question 18:

Question 31a: If I travel with her... Then will my name go here? I suppose she can write NONE here as it is not known if she will travel with me or just alone.

Question 33: What is Proffesional associations to with you belong? I am assuming the answer will be NONE.

She has no spouse, so the answer is NONE.

You are not one of the people that would be listed in #14-29. If she has no family that is immigrating and traveling with her, then the answers to that is also NONE.
