Visits to US for DS-230

I noticed that the DS-230 asks for a listing of all previous visits to the US. I am a Canadian and have visited the US regularly my entire life. Should I simply do the best I can summarizing the visits and state that some information has been estimated?

I have to imagine this is a common situation and the best policy is honesty. What have others done?

Lucky for you, you're a Canadian and you don't fill the DS-230. You do the online DS-260. And it only asks for the last FIVE visits to the US :) So, just get the information on your last five visits, and you're golden ;)
