H-1B white 221(g) issued - document related confusion

Last week one of my friends went for a H-1B visa interview and unfortunately consulate issued 221(g) white slip. He has confusion regarding couple documents.

I want to mention that, the company that applied for his visa IS the company he is going to work for. It is NOT a consulting company.

Below is the document list for which he is confused.

1) A complete itinerary of services or engagements (including both internal and client projects) that specifies the dates of each service, the names and addresses of the actual employers, and the names and addresses of the locations where the services will be performed for the duration of the petition.

2) Compliance with Department of Labor attestation requirements.

Also, should he hire an attorney for this?

I would think it would be up to the company that is employing him to provide this information.

Yeah I agree. It's the company and the lawyer's problem and not his. They obviously didn't provide as much information as they should have. I would call the HR of the company he is going to work for and also get hold of their lawyers.

Yep agree reach out the companies HR or Lawyer, they should be providing these documents and details.
