Your visa became invalid since the 1st moment you step in the US. The expiration date applies when you are out of the US waiting to come (basically the exp date tells you that you have til sept to leave your country a move here) but once you arrive your visa is invalid.

Don't worry about your visa expiration date. You may have confused your visa expiration date with your I-94 expiration date (90 days after your entry). The I-94 expiration date was the deadline that you had to get married. If you did it, then no problem. Now that you have filed for AOS, you are in a new period of authorized stay until a decision is made on your AOS case. It may take up to a year...

Most likely, the immigration officer will figure it out that you put the wrong code and will change it to c 9. You were not the first one to do that mistake.

Have you applied for a SSN yet?

I've seen some people be denied the EAD and need to refile, and others "fixed". Usually denied though.

your visa did not expire. A k-1 is a single entry visa, and after entering the US you cannot use it again.
