How can you hold your poop in? I can't do that.

I read somewhere that holding your poop in can actually increase your chance of bowel cancer. Can't remember where I read it though. Think some country did an investigation/survey/report type thing. I'll see if I can find it.

Moral of this tale? Don't hold in ya poopie!

I always heard that too. I have a relative that died of colon cancer when I was young. I remember my mom telling me it was because she wouldn't poop at her office. I'm not sure if that's entirely true....

Yes I poop at work. I'd rather smell up the bathroom here than at home.

(and they have a professional cleaning staff here who clean the bathroom every day, which is a lot more than I can say for my bathroom at home)

Actually, this reminds me about a story one of the blokes I worked with told me about the toilet habits of my old boss. It doesn't bear repeating (except that is was very similar to the above comment!)...but it did give us a giggle at the time.

I don't get this thread. Unless you have some sort of illness at the time, doesn't your body just not tell you to go unless you're at home?
