Green Card arrived in the mail today and i'm super excited, a quick question though, i was told that you are to file for lifting condition 90 days before the card expire and you are suppose to start counting from the day you got the card in the mail, but my card states i'm resident from 07/02/13, so what i'm asking is when do i start counting? thanks for your input.

If you have a conditional green card then the RoC window begins 1 year and 9 months from the "Resident Since" date.
