Vaccinations for AOS

Hello, I have a question regarding vaccinations and the AOS:

I had my medical exam/vaccines done this year in London. Looking at the 'Vaccination Documentation Worksheet', the Physician has written 'VH' next to Varicella for 'Varicella History' (I had chicken poxs when I was young), and out of stock for Influenza.

At the bottom under results the Physician has ticked 'Vaccine history incomplete' and 'Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated above)'.

Should I be submitting this as is, or should I be going to a civil surgeon for the other shots?

(I believe the Varicella shot simply isn't done in the UK).

I think you will be fine to go ahead and submit it. My husband had the same box checked on his and we had no problems.

My vaccinations were also marked as incomplete, as I had only one MMR shot (I believe 2 are required), plus my Tdap was only good until 2 months before I filed for AOS. I didn't receive any RFE about this, so you should be fine.

or do I even need to complete the I-693 if my results and medical are correct and already with the USCIS
