I would have to agree with some who say if the country is on VWP then it is low risk.

Just my opinion but, middle east and Asian countries may well be up there in the high bracket.

Which is what we are going for and with us being interracial couple....seems we have a very difficult task ahead for us!

You could go for CR1, I have not heard much problem at Delhi consulate with CR1s.

Personally I dont think they disciminate for interracial couple or not, its just they wanna make sure the case is not a sham.

Just coz one particular consulate is difficult on a particular visa type does not put it on countries with high fraud list.

Overall from my personal experience getting US visa in India is not that difficult.

VWP is low risk, but not on VWP doesn't necessarily mean high risk. Canada is not on VWP and it is extremely low-fraud. Other low-fraud countries come to mind, Brazil, Romania as stated, Israel, Jordan seems okay. But some of those are on the list to be included next in the VWP (at least Israel and Brazil, not sure about the others).

My impression about Morocco is not related to being a T-country, but rather that it has become popular to find love on the internet, or to find a romance scam on the internet. Libya, for instance, doesn't seem to have a culture of doing this (or maybe their internet is restricted) and so romance scam seems off the table. I saw a post where a romance scam is so popular in Morocco they have a code-word for it.

DR is very high risk, might come after Nigeria, Pakistan, and Morocco in a list...

Why is Delhi different than what, Mumbai? I would be curious to know.

I agree with Harsh77 it depends on the type of visa. Let me throw this monkey into everyone's wrench.

In FY 2012 China (mainland) had a B visa refusal rate of 8.5%, Australia had a refusal rate of 16.6%, Canada 44.3%, Denmark 14.7%, Greece 26%....well you get the idea. Its all right here.

Personally I wouldn't even put Guangzhou in the top 5 most difficult consulates for an immigrant visas. It's not even close to Lagos, Islamabad, Casa, Santo Domingo or even CDJ....but hey I'm no immigration lawyer.

That's because in Canada or other countries where average people can travel visa-free, the only people applying for B2s are people with a criminal record or other inadmissibility.

Nigeria, India, Morocco, middle east countries, african countries and Ecuador are definitely the hardest ones. Western europe can be tough too. I think one of the easiest one is my homecountry Venezuela. Non of the vj member got denied during the whole 2012 and most of 2013. Just 2 Administrative reviews but this couple already have their visas

This list doesn't make sense, as the OP asked to list the highest fraud first. Are you saying Canada has the highest rate of fraud and that Nigeria has the lowest?

If you turn your computer screen upside down, the list will make perfect sense.

Did you go though the K-1 way, or straight to CR-1?

I am not sure, I dont have numbers but I am guessing the consulate in Delhi does have some numbers about ppl applying for K1 and never getting married or just getting married for GC or somthing.

I did CR1... as K1 and CR1 takes same time and when your spouse is here on CR1 its much easier as from day one they can work, have same rights as Perm resident so much easier to get a SSN , DL etc.

Also my case was little different, if you have question feel free to message me.

AP is irrespective of the country.

Country has no bearing if the case goes in AP or not.

Thanks alot.....I wish I knew this before we desided to go thought the K-1 route. Both of us are in fear that we will get denied and it seems its important that the USC goes to the interview too, which I have planned on to do.

Ok poor choice of comparative examples...

Philippines 23.8% denial rate, Singapore 24.6% and Cambodia 33.9%. My point is only that China has a very low rejection and a relatively high application rate. It's not as difficult to obtain a US visa for Chinese citizens as people think.

I disagree, AP often does depend on the country with higher fraud potential and they do general AP not just for security checks but

home investigation to check if the beneficiary is already married.
