ITIN Application Rejected

Hi,

I applied for My Husband's ITIN number in April 2013. They rejected in June 2013 due to the missing Certified Copy.

Now I have my husbands Certified Passport Copy. Can anybody tell me if I can re-apply again. I am little worried as I can only file the Tax return after I get my husbands ITIN number.

Am I too late to apply for state Tax return once I receive the ITIN number.

Your advice will really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

State taxes are technically not due until October. That's for the state of California. I'm not sure if its standard across the others.

Is it possible for you to apply through your local IRS office (walk-in)? We did that for Dave and we obtained his ITIN flawlessly.
