What I said is that Zimmermann never called the police about a suspicious white person in the neighborhood. He called plenty about suspicious black guys. Based on that, I think t is safe to say that if Martin would have been a white teen, Zimmermann would have proceeded to Target and never paid attention to the teen. Martin would be alive. Thus, the main reason that Martin is dead is that he happened to be black.

You did not catch half the ####### from me or any body else that you spewed after the election or would have spewed had he got convicted.. Most are good sports. You do not fit it to that category. You are an attorney, right? So you work with other attorneys or at least paralegals? Your "team" is a team of attorneys? Or at least someone that watched LA Law on TV? And this is the conversation they had? Seriously? One of the educated legal minds you work with thinks GZ should "have gotten something" because e is stupid? I am trying to imagine any attorney other than yourself using the phrase "Shouldn't have gotten off Scott free" That is a pejorative aimed at people from Scotland even though you spelled it like my oldest son's name rather than "Scot" which is how the racial/national insult is properly spelled. "gotten" is at best sloppy English...something Dee Dee would say.

Also it is totally bizarre that an attorney or anyone that ever watched "Matlock" on TV, would think that an acquitted person should receive some sort of prison time. For being stupid. A couple of the uneducated jurors thought manslaughter "looked good" until they asked a question.

Yes, I do. Because I've said it before if the color was reversed and it was a white kid walking home and it was some black guy followed him, got into a confrontation and killed him, I don't care if it was 100% black neighborhood, they would never let 6 blacks determine the outcome.

You're so stuck on the racism card with this case you refuse to see how the system works and how it is set up to prevent such a thing from happening. There is a pool of jurors sent to the courthouse every day to be chosen as needed for the case load of that day. These people are average citizens chosen at random, mainly from voter registration lists in their state. Neither, race, sex, age, religion or any other factor plays into who is chosen for that days jury pool. From that pool every juror that is considered for a trial is interviewed by both the prosecution and the defense, in front of the presiding judge. Any juror that either side feels may be detrimental to the outcome of their case is dismissed from the jury pool until they have the amount of people needed to seat a jury. For this jury to have been rigged, not only would the prosecutors have to be in on it, but the judge as well. Is that what you're saying here Marvin, that the prosecutors and the presiding judge were in on rigging the jury in favor of GZ? You honestly think that would or could happen, especially in such a high profile case like this? Ridiculous.

Marvin, I applaud you for fighting against racism, because it definitely does exist. But it does not exist through every door and around every corner, and it does not weigh in every decision made, every minute of every day.
