We received our noa2 on 10th of june 2013.We are in the process of collecting the required documents and forms for the visa interview process. My fiance sponsored affidavit of support ,10 years back for the visitor visa of his parents, but he is not sure about the exact date he submitted the papers.Would a rough estimate do or an exact date is required?Further,he had also filed I-134 for his ex wife, while on h1b and used consular process for the green card.Does he need to mention her details as well?

I am not aware of affidavits of support being accepted for tourist visas. If he filed an affidavit of support and/or a petition for an ex-wife, then yes, he needs to list her where it asks.
