Let's not attack people on their personal decisions.

Or would you rather do things the right way. Follow the rules, go on back to your country and consider your next LEGAL and SANE steps for your future and life. The answer is right in front of you, Man. I think you would be happier in a marriage to a woman you have dated longer who has goals, ambition, drive and a proven track record of performance and acheivements...don't you think?

Hmm . .have you been to Bangladesh? Maybe it sucks-####### something fierce and makes getting married to someone questionable on first-blush the "sane"decision for his situation. And who knows, maybe he does love her and the 3 tricycle motors who are leaching off our wellfare system. Maybe once he gets married he can take care of them financially so the taxpayers don't.

Your case sounds quite bizzare to many of us but if you genuinely want to proceed with a marriage with this woman - you should contact one of the many immigrant attorneys in New York (yes they are all over Manhattan - and many are Indians) - they are excellent and will help you through this process. Some of them do offer free or a fixed fee based initial consultation. Good Luck

That's insane, what a horrible thing to say and a horrible attitude to have. Let's hope that you never become incapacitated in anyway and require public assistance that is available to people who need it.

Disgusting attitude!

lol um i'm getting tired. is it possible for a poster to delete the post that he posted? lol anyways thanks to all who cared to type a sentence or two about this whole issue. And if anyone posts ONE more reply to any portion of this topic, i will sincerely and truthfully remove visajourney.com from my favourite bookmarks and simply forget about reading replies to my posts lol i'm too damn tired i have just come back to NYC from Vermont on JetBlue's BTV to NYC 6:45 PM flight. Thanks once again :D:lol:

By the way if anyone knows how to go from JFK to BTV for any cheaper price than i already got from www.jetblue.com, please let me know and i will be grateful to you forever. this trip cost me 283 dollars after all the taxes and stuffs. May be some other airlines can offer cheaper rate than that? the more cheaper the air fare, the more frequently i can visit her, can't I?

P.S. By the way Bus journey is cheaper but takes a long time and i do love to video-tape landings and take-offs :D

Let me be SECOND from rothrube to reply to your post.

You're right! This post should be removed. Threatening to remove anything online isn't effective until it's done. While you're in the removal mood, why not remove yourself from the USA, to not have a risk of being "ILLEGAL ALIEN", and file for K-1 like most of us did.

I'm tired of those posts where asking for free legal advise but the OP already made up his mind what to do about his case. Starting out by telling us how tough life has been for you because of the FCC banned your country's unsafe aircraft from entering the US' airspace, which causes you to have no way (money) to buy a return ticket from ANOTHER airline. BUT here we are, talking about spending $283USD to flight to VT.... This doesn't add up and it does not pass the "smell-test".

Now, there you go... have this post remove!

This OP is quite a gem....

personally i would go crazy if i can't go visit my gf and just slam her down on the back and have <censored> after every two-three months. she lives in Vermont and i live in NYC and the plane fair is like 200 dollars up and down each time but anyways three years is a damn long time i mean damn no sex in three years what's wrong with you all?

"(take lots of pictures keep all receipts and plane tickets)"

Um what about videos? which one works best? videos or still pics? I got lots of videos of my gf taking shower and walking with me in Burlington and while we were going to the city clerk's office to purchase the marriage license, it was all video-taped. :D

To The OP-

You are Out of status but the fact that you entered Legally on a visa is better than if you entered undocumented. Overstaying your visa is often overlooked if you have not received any Govt. beneifts and if you are legitimatly married to USC

As Aussie Wench mentioned you can Adjust status while in the USA and Overstay will be pardoned or simply overlooked.

The problem I see you having now is, your Spouses ability to verify adequate means to support you if she files an I-130, she must also include an Affidavit of support. Her situation is not favorable to support you

( on paper) The Govt. will not be so quick to grant AOS if you will become dependent on the Govt. for support since your USC Spouse/Sponsor is already dependent on the Govt.

Maybe if you can get your Aunt to file as a Joint sponsor then if you really see you and your GF getting married it is worth a shot.

I agree with a lot of people here Do your best to return to your country of origin, before you are found out to be out of status. Don't marry your gf just to become legal.

In her current situation I do not see this immigration process going in your favor or in hers considering it seems as she is already under a great deal of stress.

...i didn't work in all these months and stayed at my aunt's house in the Bronx, NYC and toured manhattan while aunt took care of my financial needs.

right now i am an illegal alien.

However, my current white american love of my life girlfriend, whom i met online during my trip to the US last year online somehow was able to contact me again in the internet and invited me to come over to her apartment in Burlington, Vermont.

If your aunt was taking care of your financial needs, why couldn't she have purchased a return ticket for you from another airline?

Your "white American love of your life girlfriend" was "somehow able to contact you again on the internet"????
