Are there two different AP status on CEA

So when I check my fiancé status on CEA website it says AP as case status but when I read the massage it says only "Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days."

For more information, please visit U.S. Embassy And when I check my friends fiancé it's a lot longer and talks about in detail including the DVD lottery as well so an wondering if this length could make different one more thing my fiancé has his interview on July 1 and he was told he is under AP and also ask to send affidavit birth certificate so for the first AP he had a same massage like the longer one than the second day his status said Ready than after 5 days it went back to AP just the massage shorter so I was wondering if any one of you have any idea if this shorter version could make any different thanks

the message on the main page can be different but as long as it says you are under AP the difference of the message does not mean anything!

I was doing some research on VJ and came accross the CEAC web site which I had no idea existed. So I checked ours out and it says we are in AP. But we also finally got a response to our 221(g) which is an NOIR. So how does this all realte? The AP vs NOIR?
