You mean that running towards what might be trouble eliminates any claim to self defense? Funny. A jury here just decided to the contrary. Her going out to the car and coming back is really not all that different from a wimpy paranoid nutcase exiting his car and running after what he had identified as a suspicious character. Seems both the lady in question as well as the wimpy paranoid nutcase decided to run towards trouble. A claim to self defense should be available to both of them or neither of them.

Nope, I only do as Mr. Big Dog tells me to do. He sends out a memo ever morning outlining the agenda for the day. Sometimes we have specific users we get bonus points for focusing on. If I use the phrase "right wing nut job" at least 25 times a day I get a smiley face sticker.
