We had our interview in San Antonio, TX on Wednesday and we were approved on the spot. The interview was a really pleasant experience, and we were put at ease quickly and there were no issues whatsoever. The officer and our lawyer had a casual conversation about same-sex marriage legality in the US, and they were trying to list all the states where it is currently legal. Good luck to everyone! Refer to my signature for the specifics but I filed on February 4th, just got my EAD yesterday and been on Testing and Interview since March 26th. Atlanta office is mighty slow and I'm moving to Portland in a few months so I'll probably end up having my interview there but it would be nice to keep up with the timelines anyways :)

:) mine is the 50th day tomorrow but no notification yet regarding changing status to testing and interview.

i see from your time line you got notification about EAD card/document production on day 65 so based on your time line i should be expecting that on May the 4th :)

Mine changed to Testing and Interview about 2 and half weeks after my biometrics. I got my EAD approved on day 65 but technically it was 59 days from the date on my hard copy NOA1 and that's what you base the 30-90 period from, not the day to send in the AOS package :)

Mine changed to Testing and Interview about 2 and half weeks after my biometrics. I got my EAD approved on day 65 but technically it was 59 days from the date on my hard copy NOA1 and that's what you base the 30-90 period from, not the day to send in the AOS package :)

its the 21 st day today since my biometrics but still no news from them :(

as for the EAD my day 59 will be in 10 days lets see what happens :( i want all the updated notifications from theeemmmmm :(
