It looks like there were 6 reasonable, impartial, and open minded people on the jury. Good thing they didn't pick jurors from VJ.

Ain't that the truth. If the school admin had not issued a policy, to not arrest black males in order for the stats to improve TM would still be here.

Class would have been an apology on behalf of their dope smoking burglar gangster wannabe son for attacking an innocent man after it was found by an impartial jury that their son was legally responsible for the entire incident

But making insensitive comments, like above, just shows how some people don't have any class and will remain ignorant....

There was no riots in Florida and everyone should move on.....as no matter how you look at this case, at then end of day, a 17 year old loss his life in a tragic manner!

My prayers go out to this family! I just hope they don't have to listen to ignorant comments, like the above, on top of their loss....

If anyone should be apologizing, it should be the prosecutors. They should apologize to GZ for allowing a bunch of outside racists to influence their decision to even prosecute this case.

1. TM's ONLY injury aside from the gunshot wound was skinned knuckles. Medical examiner's report

2. GZ had a bleeding, swollen nose (photo)

3. GZ was bleeding from the back of his head in two places (photo)

4. TM was seen on top of GZ swinging his arm a few seconds before the gunshot (Independent witness)

The evidence shows that GZ was violently attacked and that the attack was in progress just before the gunshot. Thus, it would be classy for the parents of the attacker to apologize that their son attacked a stranger which led to this trial and this shooting.
