Fiancee is concerned now because she read somewhere that she needed five total (this is total until she gets her citizenship) but lawyer told her four so now she is mad at the lawyer. Does anyone know for certain how many total she will need? If she needs one more then she will have to pay the 200 RMB again.

Below are the questions she wanted to ask.

1,how many birth certificate?
2.how many unmarried certificate and police certificate?
3,do they need unmarried certificate if single for k1?

Thanks

2. one each.

3. GUZ IV is the only entity that needs this.

1. one for GUZ IV. One for AOS (but a photocopy is acceptable) One for ROC (but a photocopy is acceptable) One for USCitizenship (but a photocopy is acceptable) then if she needs to show for other purposes (ID for marriage license, for example) then a photocopy is acceptable, usually showing the original.

Some other jobs require to see the original, so keep that in mind - it's more than just what's in the I-9 list - but it really is job dependent.

Some brain-dead bank employees want to see something as well - but they will make a photocopy of the original.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The government will only look at your original, I think my wife has two original copies when we started and still has the two. The original in Chinese and two official translated copies. One original of unmarried and police check for K-1.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
