Someone posted today in a separate thread he just received approval for F2A with priority date of Jan 2013. He filed in California Service center. So far this is the second approval I hear of for 2013

When I checked USCIS website for my case status earlier today, It says my i130 petition is already approved! PD June 25, 2013. God is so good all the time! ♥★

July 11, 2013 - NOA 1

September 12, 2013 - Transfer to Nebraska

September 20, 2013 - Case touched

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

Feb 06 2013 PD here...case transferred tolocal USCIS office on Aug 20.

Feb 06 2013:I-130 PD (Case transferred to Nebraska on Aug 20 2013)

Sep 27, 2013: I-130 approved.

July 31 2013: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent

Aug 01 2013: USCIS received AOS package

Aug 06 2013: NOA 1 received for AOS

Aug 16 2013: FP notice received

Aug 29 2013: FP done

Sep 09 2013: Status changed to Testing & Interview

Sep 16 2013: Email notification for Interview (scheduled on Oct 17 2013)

Oct 17 2013 Case Approved

Oct 22 2013 CPO email received

Oct 25 2013 Card mailed
Oct 28 2013 Card received

I just got a RFE in the mail today, requesting for a copy of my marriage certificate in the foreign language.

next is your noa2...

I'm trying to make myself busy and not think about it.. But it ain't easy! jest.gif

I'm in front of the computer every working day and checkin is a few clicks away.. Can't help it!! no0pb.gif

HI Marrione05, did you receive your approvsl yet after the RFE? I urge you to contact your congressman to ask if they can inquire about the status of your application because that's what I did for my in-law.

I sent the RFE on the 8/17 and USCIS received it on 8/19 and I received an approval on 8/27. It took only 7 working days for the approval after I emailed my congressman to follow up.

We don't have an approval yet..

Thank you for the suggestion! Maybe we'll consider contacting if more than a month has passed.. I saw other rfe's getting approved after a month..

When the vb retrogresses, we'd still have to wait for our pd to come up even though we got approved right away.. But I still pray though.. :D
