Anything changed with the IR1 process since March?

Timeline

My timeline says it all. I'm opted in for Electronic Processing, but I've pretty much been in a holding pattern since early March, since my wife wanted to get a September Interview date, and I'm guessing it will be about two months between submission of AOS and DS-230 and the interview. I'd already pretty much completed all of the paperwork, and I'd been putting together my "new" evidence for the DS-230 package in preparation for submitting both the AOS and DS-230 packages this week. But now I see that the AOS (I-864) form has changed, along with some of the associated requirements. I've spent some time today re-doing the AOS form and I'll need to make some additional photocopies (I don't have a tax transcript, just a tax return copy, for 2012, and the AOS now requires 1099s and W-2s in that case). But now I'm a little worried: Has anything else changed since March?

EP process still the same?

Interview for EP still scheduled by NVC?

DS-230 package the same as before with all of the same requirements?

Anything else new, other than the AOS form?

Yeah, I see that the consulate is moving, so that will delay the interview by a week, right? Unless the new consulate is bigger and better, in which case things might go faster.

EP is still the same.

Since March, though, there's other stuff to do after the interview is assigned by NVC.

She'll need to set up an account at cgi stanley / ustraveldocs

and make a visa packet coversheet , print it out and drop it off on interview day.

EMS isn't used any more for visa delivery - CITIC bank is used - she'll use the tracking subsystem in the ustraveldocs website and go in to the CITIC Bank office that she selected before interview day, and pick up her visa packet there.

I've a screen shot of the page, over at

then of course there is the 165 fee to pay at ELIS (online) after the interview (or really anytime 1 year within the POE date) to have the green card printed and sent out to the USA address.

Something's screwy atm, with GUZ IV, as they aren't releasing slots to NVC for scheduling like they used to since 15 May 2013. Prepare for a wait after case complete.

Maybe in preparation for the move, things are being packed up, and that's reducing the number of interviews / day.

Yes, Ma'am on the official timeline.
