Wasn't expecting this just yet but I got an interview date!!! YAY! August 8th!! I'd have expected it more towards the end of this month for a date at the end of August, so that was a wonderful surprise! SO so happy right now!!dancin5hr.gif

08/08! lucky numbers! mines 09/09 :D I'm totally superstitious like that hehe:)

December 4, 2012: I-129F filed


December 10, 2012: NOA1 received


April 25, 2013: NOA2 received


April 30, 2013: Montreal sends physical packet 3 but it's never received


June 19, 2013: email from Montreal says packet 3 sent out, go online to get forms


June 26, 2013: packet 3 sent via Canada Express


July 3, 2013: packet 4 email received


July 11, 2013: had medical


August 20, 2013: interview date... APPROVED!

[2015-06-23] EAD/AP Card Received!

[2015-10-02] AOS Approved (No Interview)!

[2015-10-07] Greencard Mailed

[2015-10-09] Approval Notice Recieved

Same day as me!! I'm IR-1 though, not K-1. Even so GOOD LUCK ?

FEB/01/2013 - Received email NOA1 (routed to NBC, further processing in Baltimore field office)

APR/15/2013 - I-130 approved (on USCIS website)

APR/20/2013 - NOA2 in mail

APR/22/2013 - NVC received our case

MAY/06/2013 - Got NVC case number (over the phone)

MAY/06/2013 - Emailed DS-3032 form (choice of agent)

MAY/09/2013 - Received and PAID AOS Bill

MAY/15/2013 - DS-3032 Accepted by NVC (email)

MAY/16/2013 - Received and PAID IV Bill

MAY/18/2013 - Sent AOS package (I-864)

MAY/21/2013 - Sent IV package (DS-230)

JUN/17/2013 - AOS RFE email

JUN/18/2013 - Corrected AOS mailed out (over-night)

JUL/10/2013 - Case complete!!!
