So. Yes, The title says it all..

Rfe received (missing page of the divorce decree) and we responded immediately, we emailed <SCOPSSCATA@uscis.dhs.gov> this Thursday. They forwarded our email to <VSC.NCSCFollowup@uscis.dhs.gov> and VSC responded:

Good day,

On April 17, 2013, we received your response to the Request for Evidence.
Your file has now gone forward to an Immigration Services Officer for further review and processing.
Accordingly, you should receive a notice of action from us within 30-60 days.

For future status inquiries of a petition or application filed at this Center you may want to utilize our National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-5283. If you would like to obtain forms, filing instructions, case status or schedule an appointment with your local office, please visit our website at www.uscis.gov.

Any one experienced this and got their NOA2 not having to wait for 30-60 days?Is it true that it's already forwarded to an officer?

11/19/13- Biometrics Appointment

12/1413- EAD and AP approved (card in production)
