Finally received word. I'm in the US, she is in Colombia.

The information from the USCIS is so vague, this forum is invaluable. There are absolutely no directions on the 797 as to "what to do next". However, looking through the guides here I see that eventually she will be sent a checklist "Forms and Checklist sent to foreign Beneficiary (Fiance/e)." as to what needs to be completed:

I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e) [USCIS Instructions](also used in K3 apps): This form is used to petition to bring your fiance(e) and that person's children to the United States for marriage to you or to bring your spouse and that person's children (K-3 and K-4 visas, respectively) to the United States to complete processing for permanent resident status (under the LIFE Act and Amendments of 2000); please see section 12 of the Instructions to the form. pdf.gifI-134, Affidavit of Support: To file a promise with the Bureau to support an alien entering the United States and that the alien will not become a public charge. A separate affidavit must be filed by the sponsor for each person. pdf.gifG-325A, Biographic Information: To provide biographic information on an alien. You file this form only as instructed on another Immigration application or petition. pdf.gifDS-156K, Non-Immigrant Fiance(e) Visa Application: This is only needed (and should be provided) by the US Embassy issuing the Visa. pdf.gifDS-156, Non-Immigrant Visa Application: Only needed at once you reach the US Embassy handling the Visa. Should also be provided by them. pdf.gifDS-230, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration: Only needed by US Embassy handling the Visa. Should be provided by them also.

We are already sent in the G-325A's with the original fiing but since this is being forwarded to Bogota does it need to be completed again? It's no big deal to complete this a second time, just curious.

"Guessing' she will be in the states maybe 2 months from now...
