Do you think one year of Tax returns is sufficient (2012)? In 2012 I made about $26k and 2011 $14k. ( I'm still in college) and a few 1099-k's from 2012 plus some recent pay stubs.

Plus how should I document my income on the I134 I am paid Salary, commission + Bonus'. I only see a place for annual income.

Thanks guys!

Yes, one year is sufficient. Attach all 1099s or W-2s to the complete tax return

For this year use check stubs. Annual income is the projected amount of the total income. Add it all up and that is your "annual" income. If it varies a bit, then take your year to date income through the latest full month (June if you did it today) divide by 6 (or whatever number of months it is) and multiply that by 12. That's your current annual income. Attach check stubs to back it up or an employer letter (optional)

This is not a court of law in a criminal case. The standard is not "beyond a reasonable doubt" the standard is "plausible evidence"

Kiev does not make much of an issue of this...just fill out the form and give them some documentation to back it up. If your income exceeds the guides for the family size (it does) sleep well.
