Finally after 7 months of waiting since the initial filing and RFE, we received our NOA2! Good thing comes when you least expect it. My fiance received an email from the USCIS at midnight! Who would have thought! We never expected to receive such wonderful news while he was sound asleep haha.. We both cried when we checked our status on the USCIS site. In just 2 weeks after sending our RFE response, we got the NOA2. We cant wait for the next step! For those who are still waiting for their NOA2, dont lose hope.. Just keep the faith! :)

WOW!!!!!!!! I called this morning to customer service for the center. They said that it would be 51 days because they are backed up and only on January 16th applications. Then, tonight on my text message notice I get the that they approved it. I checked on line AND THEY DID!!!! See the first line….

Post Decision Activity

On July 12, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice.

We are on to the next level and waiting for NOA2 . So excited. Thank you all.

Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 122 days from your NOA1 date.

I just received my USCIS notice in my email. CSC took 85 days........I just called Sherry Mae and she was

screaming for joy..........so happy..I am an April 2013Filer....
