That is certainly logical. We have no idea what kind of fighter TM was. It is possible to be right handed and excel with the left too, but that is total speculation at this point. You can't see all the knuckles on his right hand in this pick and you would certainly need to see it enlarged substantially to see more detail on the ones you can see. Maybe the jury got to see a much bigger photo. If they did, I'm sure it is even more sombering than this one.

It proves he is dead I suppose. I think everyone already knew that. Other than that, I don't see any real proof of anything in the photo. Although it gives a bunch of armchair lawyers something to talk about.

Triggering his gag reflex? No evidence of that.

Consistent means possible. It means it could have happened that way. It doesn't mean it did, or was even likely.

He could have swallowed some blood without triggering a gag reflex. I'm not suggesting that it was a lot of blood. Maybe none at all. I just threw it out there because it came to mind.

Could be or maybe not.. It is a picture of a dead person. It tells me nothing about the type of person he was - but then nobody seems to have the amazing power of observations of the remarkable karmaks in this thread. I wish I had some tea leaves you could all tell me lottery numbers.

If he had the face of a "gansta-thug" would that make it less bad in your eyes? Amazing that you can be such a good judge of a person by simply looking at their face (AKA: profiling).

If it's in evidence, they can look at it as many times as they want to during deliberations. These are six women. Mothers. Looking at this picture has got to trigger that line of thought in the back of a mother's mind: This is someone's child. And he's dead and shouldn't be. If this was my child, I'd want someone to be held accountable for his untimely death. I know that this is what is going through my mind as a father.

Bottom line is this: Zimmermann's moving into the state facilities, y'all.

If I was on my way to Target and saw this kid walk through my neighborhood, I'd continue on my way to Target. I wouldn't give him another thought. He'd just be one of the kids that walk through the neighborhood. I certainly wouldn't think of him as an arsehole or a fcuking punk. Why would I? I don't know him. I wouldn't harass, hassle and stalk him. I would hunt him down. I wouln't accost him. Why would or should I do any of that. So, I feel quite confident that much like hundreds or even thousands of other people that have seen this very kid walking this neighborhood or another, he would not have had any reason to be in any physical contact with me. How about you?
