I will go first.

I honestly don't have a strong feeling between Manslaughter and Not Guilty. No way 2nd degree Murder was proved.

I am going to go out on a limb and say not Guilty

with the caveat that a jury may do anything

I do think there is a chance for manslaughter albeit it a small one

If he is convicted, Manslaughter. I think the same as Penny, he will walk.

We, the jury, find the defendant George Zimmermann guilty of manslaughter.

Nothing is impossible but I'd be as surprised if he walks as I'd be if the jury came back with a murder two conviction.

The phone call statements may prove ill will. Don't be surprised if that's the lynch pin.

In none of GZ's statements does he sound sympathetic, remorseful or anyway responsible towards the homicide victim.

Manslaughter...but 2nd degree looms very large.

I think a quick verdict is good for the defense. They'll be hard pressed to come to a quick decision with any type of guilty verdict, imo.

Having been in the jury, means they took a quick vote, then convinced the the lone hold-out, and sat there just long enough that it would seem like they deliberated. In our case, the defendant was found guilty of all charges. It took about 20 minutes, and we sat there talking about anything but the trial for another 40 minutes before filling out the verdict form.
