Fact is there was no case as capt lee said, he could not make comments while the case was going on and now he did come out and say he was forced to file charges and make arrest.

The fired captain is certainly entitled to his opinion. But that does not a fact make. Is there was no case, then what did the court hear over the last few weeks? If there was no case, then why did the court reject the motion to dismiss after the prosecution rested? Face it, there is a case.
