How long it usually takes for the NVC to process F2A requests?

Hello!

I was thrilled to hear that the F2A visas are now current !

My P.D. is June 13th 2012; it is being handled by Vermont's Service Center.

I saw that people with P.D. of May 2012 got NOA2, so I assume it's a matter of 1-2 months till I get NOA2.

I have 2 questions :

1) How long it took for NVC to process your request?

2) Is it fair to assume that once NVC finishes to process my request, I'll get interview letter immediately (since everyone is current right now)?
