From my personal perspective, if I had to select who I think makes decisions based on race (I won't say racist) based on posts I have read here in the last few days my selection wouldn't be a white guy.

But one can say they tried to convict him of every possible thing, including new charges they made up after the trial was complete!!!!!!!!!!

A large problem for minorities is what we saw after Dee Dee testified...white people making excuses for black people to keep them exactly where they are. While I see her testimony and think "MY GOD! This girl is 19, can't read cursive and cannot speak her own native language worth a #######. Her best hope for the future is welfare and finding someone to have sex with her to make babies so she can get a raise!" I think we need to educate people and give them opportunity and stuff like that...but then find out that NO, that isn;t the problem, she "can't" be like everyone else because she is black and came from a household speaking three languages! Wait! MY kids are from a household speaking 3 languages and they are math majors and Physics doctorate candidates...oh yeah...but they are white. My wife creates a successful prvate business interpetting and translating because she speaks three languages. Blacks can't do that. Right?

I am about tired of the racists telling me "Black people can't" YES THEY CAN. They cannot have equal opportunity without equal expectations.

In the end, the racists that demanded the arrest of GZ (they really did not care if he actually had a trial, a lynching would have been OK) are not going to be appeased. Who'da thunk it?

Why don't you post the numbers for me. Although blacks are about 13% of the population they commit more murders than whites which are 73%.

We live in a country in which a white celebrity ( Paula Deen) is made an out cast because she admitted using a word, while under oath, at some point in her life. She is completely ostracized by oddly enough white owned companies. Yet the leading artist of the black community utter this word constantly in between degrading women and celebrating a life of crime and drugs .

Our colleges spend Millions every year to recruit blacks and millions more on programs to help them advance, all the while our President gives commencement speeches at colleges that are very open about making an black dominated, black run, culture.

We live in a country in which black congressman have a club that openly and proudly excludes all whites and gets full government support.

We live in a country in which Black kids who study, strive to speak English and be a productive part of society are ridiculed as acting white and threatened and attacked at school.

We live in a country in which the vast vast majority of Pro-Athletes are black, despite being such a small percentage of the population, but yet we are told blacks can't compete evenly in every other area because of hunger, racism. and poverty.Maybe if the black community worshiped moral educated self made men, the way they do Michael Vick and Kobe Bryant, there would be more successful young black men.

I am tired of having to walk on eggshells, while I watch an ever more growing population extremely racist black people this country point fingers at the white community while still hanging on to all the racist, segregationist and self destructive policies and practices that are imploding their society from within.

As a white person. Slavery was the biggest moral sin this country has ever committed. I am sorry. I am sorry for the years of oppression, especially in the south in which i grew up in. I can't change that. I cringe when i see films from a bygone era in which water cannons and dogs are turned on good moral fellow countrymen. I get moist in the eyes when I think of those poor young black girls killed by hate in those church bombings.

But I will be damn if I am going to stand by and be accused of racism, by a bunch of people who have given in to the leftist theory of the hobbled black and that have allowed government dependence to rot their family structure. Who are so caught up in there own segregation and self fulfilling prophecies that they can not see the real shackles around their feet. Pull up your pants, put down your 40's, stop defending and worshiping the lowest common denomnater of your culture.

Considering that the nine states this affects, being in the South, one can only wonder why this is happening now? I'll leave that up for discussion.

Link please, you telling me Harvard and Yale are trying to going to black neighborhoods and trying to get blacks to enroll? There are more whites at Moorehouse college than there are blacks at Harvard. At least at our schools you can't claim racism.

Do I have to post every single club that doesn't have a single member of color? It's 0345 in the morning, I'll be here all day. Do I think it's right? No. But the NAACP's president is white, most predominately black clubs or organizations have white members that are in leadership positions. Show me a white organization that has a black leader in it, then we can talk.

I've lived this when I was in school. It's not fun, but you get over with it.I don't have time to waste on fools. Um, who do you think owns the sports teams? I think you can figure this out on your own. If the corporations didn't pay these men millions of dollars, they wouldn't flock to it. Plus, who do you think is richer, Kobe Bryant or the guy who owns the Lakers? People have been taught to get that money, since it's the only color white folks seem to understand. We are constantly told to do right and things will come to us. We have to change our names so we don't sound to ethnic, but Apple or Moonbeam is no problem for a white person. We can't dress the way we want to because it's considered not proper, but white folks can sag their pants(I'm talking to you Justin) and it's not a problem. We have to lie about what school we went to so we can get a look on a job application.

That's because you don't see the inherent racism that affects you every day. Here, I'll give you an example and let me know what you think:

I've gone back and re-read the James Holmes and Adam Lanza threads. I've brought this up and Ghandi thought I was being too extreme. But here's what I found. While the one thing we can all agree on is the mourning of the victims is paramount, most of the gun supporters didn't echo the same sentiment as they do in this case. It was don't take our guns away, look to the black community for gun violence, and Gary's line, there will be no assault weapon ban. No one profiled any of the dead people in the theatre to see if they had problems in school or even a criminal record, none of those kids's school records were brought out to look at. And they shouldn't have because it didn't matter. No one said they wanted to kill either of the shooters.

But this case? TM attacked(by speculation) a man who followed followed him for 4 minutes, who never identified himself, who never made his intentions known, at night, in a neighborhood TM didn't live in, a man who was the neighborhood watch, but didn't follow a single rule in the hand book, who might have caught up to him and started the fight himself, or if TM decided to SYG, got his butt handed to him and shot him in self defense. Yet TM is the one who is the agrressive little thug, thing, waste of life, and in your words a hyena. You've even expressed your desire to kill him yourself if you were in the same situation.

So my question to you is, why are you so passionate about killing Trayvon Martin, but you never had the same sentiment about the first two shooters? I'm interested in your thoughts Gary.
