Hello everyone star_smile.gif ,

I am just curious if I need to provide any proof of identification for my fiance (identification card, identification number, passport, etc)?

I am on the first step (form i -129f and form g-325A) and I don't see a spot for it anywhere!

Fiance is worried so I just thought I would ask and clairfy it !

Thanks so much!!

Jess

I never had to show my fiance ID. All was sent in was showing proof that you are a USC. I hope this helps you a bit and good luck!

Yes it does!

Thanks so much :)

Make sure you include a proper passport photo with the G-325a.

All that is required is listed on the guide. Only the USC needs to provide proof of US citizenship with a birth certificate, naturalization or copy of all pages of their US passport. ID is not required for either. The foreign fiance(e) only needs to provide a passport photo, the G-325A and letter of intent with original signatures. The foreign fiance(e) will provide his passport and birth certificate when it comes time for their K-1 interview.
