So pissed...the senator office basically said California is processing March 8, 2013, so you have to wait 4 months. Why then did I get a transfer notice stating they work on it in 60 days..."oh that is their attempt. It's not a guarantee".

alright guys, get this:

I called USCIS earlier to check on the status of a service request that was initiated by a tier 2 on my behalf on December 27 for my pending I-129F with a deadline of 14 January 2014.

I called them last week to follow up and a tier 2 officer put in a follow up with Nebraska (where my petitions have been transferred). He also told me that the service request was yet to be assigned.

I called today and was told that the initial service request was actually in NBC and most likely it was just going to sit there. So, he was kind enough to go ahead and actually initiate another one directly to Nebraska and he assured me that they will look at it tomorrow (Wednesday 22 January).

What a joke! what a waste of time an money!!!!!

I hope the last one works at least! we'll see! tomorow is only a day away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I'm curious... Has there ever been an email campaign addressed to Mr. President? As far as I know, he reads (or used to read?), on a daily basis, 10 letters representing a sample of the topics most written to him in a day. If we wrote how this process has impacted our family lives, and submitted on a specific date, maybe some of our letters could be read?
