Im on day 15 post transfer!!! I'm getting really anxious I cant even sleep just waiting for an update and not just on my petition but on everyone else's too the ones before me to see if Im next and ones after me and wondering why and how they got approved before me!

Omg, me too..been checking the status of my case online and still nothing. You are not alone. Its been 15 days since transfer to CSC

July 1 2013 i130 sent .NOA1

December 31 2013 transfered to CSC

January 31 2014 received an RFE

March 20 2014 RFE response

March 26 2014 Case Aproved ( finally) !!

April 1 2014 NOA2 hard copy received

NVC Stage:

April 14 2014 NVC receives the case

y did u apply for I130 and i129?? And I have been waiting on this for the past 10 years so I'm really anxious for my husband to get approved

OMG! Approved!! - PD 7/18/2013, transferred to CSC on 1/7/2014 (well the noice said 1/9/2014) - Guess they are moving fast!!!! - Got TEXT at 10:15PM Eastern!

On January 15, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

*Shrug* - I don't know any rhyme or reason for the order - but was really surprised! thought I would see more activity on the forum tonight.. thinking others got the same or transfers! - Maybe more texts/notices are still being queued up for tonight? I mean it was only 30 minutes ago I got it..

OMG felicitaciones smile.png Congrats!!! This gives me a lot of hope because my NOA1 is 7/30/2014... I have not been transferred... but I wonder if our turn will come soon for either a transfer or an NOA2!!!!

Except for the proof of no criminal record / police record, we have everything translated and ready to send off to the NVC once we get this darned NOA2!

I understand the frustration. Was transferred on 12/9 with PD 7/5, still waiting.... Maybe it'll be our anniversary gift as we will be married a year on Friday!!! Maybe CSC has a surprise planned for us...LOL.

At the rate it's going for me, I am expecting to see a lot of approvals before mine happens.

2/5/2014- Email/Txt I130 approved and notice mailed.

04/12/2014 - Received transfer notice in mail stating file transferred from Nebraska to NBC Lee Summit, Montana (so disappointed as I thought it was at local office now).
04/14/2014- emailed Nebraska and scopscata to see what's going on with file due to conflicting info I've gotten and NBC doesn't even show processing I485.
04/14/2014- Got response from scopscata saying will look into email, forward to resolution team.
04/14/2014- I485 updated to "485 was transferred and is now being processed at USCIS office"
04/25/2014- Text message and case update online "testing and interview" stage.
05/06/2014- Text message and case update online with interview date of June 11, 2014.
06/05/2014-Notice sent by NYC acting district director/office that interview date is Aug 21, 2014.....??????????? No change online
06/11/2014 - Interview for AOS. I130 was already attached. Approved and got passport stamped. YAY. Thank God.
06/19/2014 - Case updated online with text and email saying new card mailed.....

06/21/2014-Condtional GC received along with welcome letter.
