Wait till 7 central. Somebody has to upload the day's batchwork into the system

Huh?

Huh?

We don't know why they didnt process yesterday.

They most likely were busy with other types of petitions.

It'll revert back to normal today(hopefully)

Fingers crossed.

Spoke to generic representative at the USCIS #, she could only provide me the same status as what my online status states as well as what NBC had previously reported as of October, that they were on February at that time. If they were on February in October they should be on June by now, right?

Been seeing several with PD after ours(7/3/13) and am pondering if NBC will be our approving site or if we will be in the stack of applicants to transfer whenever they get to our package.

If no change by next week I think I'm going to have to end up making an appointment at the Dallas office to speak to a rep face-to-face. Maybe I could get a warmy/fuzzy status then.

Did you speak to a Tier 2 officer? They generally give that ####### as they do not know, i mean, how can they still be at February 3 months later. I think they are at April-June depending on centre, however I have seen a few July filers at CSC get approved.... We just don't know, and they just won't tell you :(

Also the update will only be as off November 31st 2013 (if i am correct) not as of today, so the update we are all waiting for may be a massive anticlimax, and will probably just be early March.....

.... Unless i am wrong and this months update will be as of end of December?

The pending update will be data as of November 30, as there's no 31st day in the month. Data is always ~45 days behind its post date. The processing date will probably be a disappointment but it may be interesting to see how the volumes at each center are changing, since they just started reporting I-130s in those locations very recently.
