Petitioners issued NOA1 first business day: 1
Petitioners issued NOA1 in 4 business days: 1

Shortest time USCIS took to issue NOA1 in July: Same business day (Delivered Saturday, NOA1 was issued on Monday)
Longest time USCIS took to issue NOA1: 6 Days (I wonder if the user provided mailed day vs delivered day)

On an average, it took USCIS 2.3 days to issue NOA1.

3 USC filed at the Service Center in the US from living abroad.

NOA1s were also issued on Saturdays and Holidays. One NOA1 was issued on an holiday and 2 were issued on Saturdays.

Lastly, some service centers accept mail on Saturdays while the others don't.
