July 2013 I-130 Filers

So as Nobby7 mentioned earlier in the thread, his got approved in 13 days after the transfer. Nobby7 so you are a July filer and got transferred in December, correct?

Does anyone have a timeline as to when it got approved after the transfer?

That is correct, but I have to say that some are still waiting approval and were transferred before me, I think even some who were transferred to CSC. We haven't completely figured out the exact logic of it all, but it's safe to say that a lot of July petitions are being transferred and there are a few already being approved.

We are July 18 and no transfer yet either... Although have seen people post all the way until 2 hours from now (8pm EST) with getting a notice. Looks like it stalled on 18th? Hope it's not my fault!!!!

Hey "Me & Tico" worry not!!! It might be just round the corner any will get transferred soon. I am guessing last week of December with holidays and now with the brutal weather in much of the U.S., its possible for USCIS to slow down operations. Keep your fingers crossed and you will know soon that its transferred.

I called the uscis today I don't think they know what is going on I called to ask about my July 2013 petition and he said Assuming that my petition as sent tp CSC it should be about 5 more months till I get something else. He said he looked up my case and it is currently pending. He said they are currently working on cases from February 2013 I told hime that I had received a letter saying to contact the uscis if I have not received an approval or a notice within 60 days than he was like oh ok well call back after 60days if I did not get anything new
