psv57 - I got a scan of my hard-copy notice from my attorney. I've been transferred to the Texas Service Center. While I got my first email notice on December 27th, the official "notice" date on the hard-copy transfer is December 30th.

Thanks Sukie,

I added the info to spreadsheet. I think there is discrepancy on part of USCIS in the notice date on hard copy as that is the date the actual service center gets your file from NBC. So I will leave the dates for transfer as is on spreadsheet...the date NBC transferred your file out. The first USCIS notice/alert/email you received.

I hope things speed up at TSC and NSC along with CSC. Good Luck to all.

12/10/13 - Case update "transferred to local USCIS office for processing"
12/12/13- Case update "transferred and being processed at a USCIS office"
12/14/13 - Received 2 hard copies stating transferred to California Service Center, left Priority Date blank
2/5/2014- Email/Txt I130 approved and notice mailed.
2/10/2014-Hard Copy NOA2. Approval

2/21/2014-Letter sent to request conversion for old I485 from employment to marriage with copy of I485 receipt and I130 approval
03/19/2014 - Service request to check on conversion request status.
04/04/2014 - Service request status through mail stating request received for conversion and file being prepared for transfer to local office.
04/08/2014 - I485 updated to "transferred to local office"
04/12/2014 - Received transfer notice in mail stating file transferred from Nebraska to NBC Lee Summit, Montana (so disappointed as I thought it was at local office now).
04/14/2014- emailed Nebraska and scopscata to see what's going on with file due to conflicting info I've gotten and NBC doesn't even show processing I485.
04/14/2014- Got response from scopscata saying will look into email, forward to resolution team.
04/14/2014- I485 updated to "485 was transferred and is now being processed at USCIS office"
04/25/2014- Text message and case update online "testing and interview" stage.
05/06/2014- Text message and case update online with interview date of June 11, 2014.
06/05/2014-Notice sent by NYC acting district director/office that interview date is Aug 21, 2014.....??????????? No change online
06/11/2014 - Interview for AOS. I130 was already attached. Approved and got passport stamped. YAY. Thank God.
06/19/2014 - Case updated online with text and email saying new card mailed.....

06/21/2014-Condtional GC received along with welcome letter.

As the form says, to submit your case to July spreadsheet, please give your visajourney username. Often times people add using random names and then never update, leaving the data sheet inaccurate. So it's important that you give your username so you can be contacted if there's any questions. If I can't find your username, then I won't be able to add you. I just got a request from "grrr" to be added. I can not find your username. Please respond here or resend the form with correct details.

Just registered on VJ and on it for the first time, so still learning!!

Immigration benefit that I am applying is IR1- Immigrant Visa for Spouse

I live in Chicago, IL and wife in India.

Case remained at the National Benefits Center

Jan 3 2014- Case got transferred to "local field office" (Don't know yet where as I haven't received the hard copy yet)

05-18 Got Married in Mumbai, India



07-11 Mailed i-130 petition


07-17 Received Form I-797C. MSC#


01-03 Case transferred to NSC


03-11 I-130 approved



Total time in USCIS: 8.0 months



03-17 Case recieved at NVC


04-24 Filled out DS 261


05-11 Mailed AOS package


05-17 Mailed IV package


05-19 AOS "scanned" date

60 days is a long time to wait! we've been waiting for months now!!!!!!!

it is just driving me crazy!

most of us waiting for approvals hate weekends. IOnce on Friday, I want Monday to come fast so that they get back to work on the petitions! isn't that crazy? we work all week and still can't even enjoy the weekend!!!!

Alos, CSC processes petitions in 2 to 3 weeks, Texas a little longer than that. But NSC takes the full 60 days in most cases!!!! this is nuts!!!!!!!!!

Hi this is my first time on here I receved my third transfer notice last night via email. My PD is july 2 2013. I got the hard copy in the mail on January 2. Where did u get that CSC is processing 2-3 weeks? My petition was transferred to CSC
