Just found out my file was sent to California Service Center! Pretty happy about that! Hopefully they will keep up the pace they've been keeping!

Anyone know what this means?

Please contact the Premium Processing phone number at 1-866-315-5718 for inquiries. The 15-day Premium Processing Clock does not start until the correct office receives the application or petition.

So it seems they did transfer us to the same service center. Congrats!

July 1st 2013: NOA1

January 9th 2014: Transferred to CSC

January 16th 2014: NOA2

January 24 2014: Case recieved at NVC

March 5 2014: Received case number, IIN, & BIN

March 7 2014: Paid AOS feeMarch 8 2014: Filled out DS-261

Congrats ,,Did u any email or text regarding the service center ?? we still didnt get anything yet about it

you'll find out when you actually get the hard copy in the mail.

I hope we get transferred to CSC. it is the fastest service center so far

The spread sheet for July is not updated as some members I guess left the forum.

For example, I checked the time line for "Terry J" who was transferred to NSC on 9/12/13. The spreadsheet shows that he is still waiting for NOA2 but his timeline shoes US entry on 12/20/13.

I guess that throws off lots of our estimations and calculations.

The GC process is complicated and not always a straight forward path. Sometimes circumstances moving forward may change. the timelines don't always allow a clear picture of one's journey and when changes are made, sometimes you can't reflect that change in your timeline. I don't have a timeline, cause mine is complicated too. that being said, I've checked with Terry J and the case is pending, not approved. I am sure Terry J will let us know when it is.

2/5/2014- Email/Txt I130 approved and notice mailed.
2/10/2014-Hard Copy NOA2. Approval

2/21/2014-Letter sent to request conversion for old I485 from employment to marriage with copy of I485 receipt and I130 approval
03/19/2014 - Service request to check on conversion request status.
04/04/2014 - Service request status through mail stating request received for conversion and file being prepared for transfer to local office.
04/08/2014 - I485 updated to "transferred to local office"
04/12/2014 - Received transfer notice in mail stating file transferred from Nebraska to NBC Lee Summit, Montana (so disappointed as I thought it was at local office now).
04/14/2014- emailed Nebraska and scopscata to see what's going on with file due to conflicting info I've gotten and NBC doesn't even show processing I485.
04/14/2014- Got response from scopscata saying will look into email, forward to resolution team.
04/14/2014- I485 updated to "485 was transferred and is now being processed at USCIS office"
04/25/2014- Text message and case update online "testing and interview" stage.
05/06/2014- Text message and case update online with interview date of June 11, 2014.
06/05/2014-Notice sent by NYC acting district director/office that interview date is Aug 21, 2014.....??????????? No change online
06/11/2014 - Interview for AOS. I130 was already attached. Approved and got passport stamped. YAY. Thank God.
06/19/2014 - Case updated online with text and email saying new card mailed.....

06/21/2014-Condtional GC received along with welcome letter.

when I mentioned that I was hoping that you guys are already over all this stupid USCIS hurdles, but I guess I was wrong!

Please keep in mind if you want to add your case details to spreadsheet, provide your visajourney username. If I have any question because the data does not seem to match, it is needed to contact you. No point in adding random cases where can't reach someone, no one responds, is accountable to after. Trying to clean up the spreadsheet and may take out the cases where no one is updating and/or no way of knowing who the visajourney user is behind the name.

Sorry to vent, but we are still waiting and TLC is premiering 90 Day Fiancé... Which is a mockery of this whole

process to me... The commercials are making me sick....

I just started following yall's thread. It is really encouraging to see that other filers from July are starting to get approved! I am so happy for you all. My papers were received on july 16. And I got a notice on January 3rd saying that our case was transferred. From what i have read from you all that is a good thing right? It has been getting hard being away from my husband but it has been encouraging just knowing that i am not alone! okay...my cheesy talk is over... Stay strong everyone!
