Congratulations. So happy to see another approval. Can you please send your case details so I can add to the spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/19ge0v9iwSqX3VQFbTccvMQnoLChhNiOOtMuRRk4nICs/viewform or just let me know when and where transferred to, I will add to spreadsheet. thanks I got your case details for spreadsheet and updated. So you never received any case update through USCIS website or in mail about your case being transferred? That's interesting. Please let us know when you get hard copy of approval, where the approval is coming from. I don[t think we have seen anyone getting approved from Overland Park (assuming that is where your case first went to, your NOA1 was from).

Hello,

Can someone please review our timeline (http://www.visajourn...e.php?id=155571) and offer advice on what we should do?

Our home, belongings, our whole life is back in the US. We travelled out of the US for a short visit but due to an unexpected pregnancy, we could not return before the 1 year deadline. We have applied for my 2nd visa and only received the NOA1.

On our timeline this is mentioned:

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 15, 2014 and April 3, 2014*.

Does this mean, the next step in the visa journey will occur or the final decision?

Please advise whether we should call USCIS, email them, or any other advice?

Thank you!

Congratulations :) I updated it. Praying all is smooth from here on. I can imagine how happy you must be.

I hope mine is today, at least something. All cases around me seem to have been done.... If they want to send RFE, I'd understand as mine lacks bonafide evidence, but hope they just don't keep putting the case on side...at least send RFE :( I hope I hear something today.

I agree that there are cases that are missing that info. When spreadsheet was in open format, a lot of people added their details but didn't provide that info. I guess many were eager to add their cases even though they were not transferred yet. The spreadsheet/form now doesn't allow to add cases not transferred and without some required data such as above. I am hoping all those that already see their cases in the spreadsheet will let me know of any missing data and I will put it in. The form now requires certain fields to be filled in to add to spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is to track cases that have been transferred.
