I found some activity for the I-130's from yesterday Dec 12.(NOA around July 24) Not good news for the people cuz they were denials. I feel so bad for them, to wait this long only to be denied. It's not fair. Do not know if I should post the MSC #'s or not. I have been going through the numbers and there has been a bit of activity in the last couple days, hopefully this means they will start flying through the applications. But from what I can tell, It's all still random, there's been transfers from beginning july and end of july. Looks like they take a stack transfer them skip a few hundred of them an start transfers again, no consitentcy at all.

Ok, got my transfer notice. Sent from Lee Summit saying case transferred to California Service Center. Praying for things to move along smoothly.... Anyone else get their notice? Any movement? For some reason I got 2 of the same exact notices. Our 1 year anniversary is Jan 17, so would be cool to get this approved by then.

I sent a fax to my congresswoman for my I-130 and I-129 F, and here is the reply I got:

"After a review of our systems it was found that Case MSC 13 915 8XXXX, Form I-129F and Case MSC 13 915 2XXXX, Form I-130 filed by XXXXXXX on behalf of XXXXXXXX are currently pending. Both cases will be adjudicated together. The estimated processing time for I-130 petitions is an additional six months from todays date. These delays are due to workload factors not related to your constituents case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing."

Basically a bunch of #######!!! useless waste of time and ressources.

my PD is July 17, still no action!!!

USCIS gave the same response to the senator that inquired about my case. it's just a standard, canned, default response they give and doesn't mean anything...
