Hi! New here..

Our I-130 was sent to lockbox on July 17th (via FedEx from attorney) and signed for on July 18th. Check cashed on July 20th. Notification was not applied for initially, so waiting on letter of receipt. Hopefully that will show up any day now!

Also - to note, this is a DOMA case. dancin5hr.gif .. so this could be interesting.

Did you get a RFE Already? Do you care to share what they asked for? Ours was filed the day after yours..

UPDATE: oops sorry, the post was off center so the date of 7/22 looked like an RFE..

You are outside the normal processing time. Have you contacted tier II / Infopass and asked them why it's taking so long?

oh I have done everything...tier 2 gave lies, my congressman and senator have been involved since March.
