Just so everyone is on the same page and we are tracking the progress correctly, please provide the date when the package was delivered to the USCIS office (not when you mailed the package). For NOA1 date, provide the date when NOA1 was issued (found on NOA1). This is not the date when you received the NOA1 in the mail.

So, from what I understand, everyone who files for I-130, their case goes to NBC and then mostly get transferred to a local office, but in certain cases, some get processed at NBC. I also read that the case transfer takes about 40 days. Is that correct?

That's pretty much what I've been reading except for the time it takes for it to be transferred to the local office (I've seen some say it takes 3-4 months). What I've also read a lot is that it's unusual to even be notified that it's been transferred to the local office.

Hello all I share almost same dates as you my forms ( I-130-I-485-I-131-I-765) was delivered july 12.

I submitted mine and my 5 years old son so I got 8 notifications.

July 12 package received at USCIS

July 16: 11.53 pm Email and text received

July 20: NOA by mail

Until now I did not get my biometrics appointment letter.

What kind of visa did you apply for? It says F1 for your Filed For. Then you submitted I-485, I-131, and I-765 which aren't part of CR-1 package.

Lastly, you are waiting for YOUR biometric appointment which is not part of CR-1 process.

Until one gets a transfer letter or USCIS Case status says " The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I believe everyone is at NBC and cases still get transferred to local offices.

I applied for the green card the F1 visa was my status here is the US. I know what you mean when I first registered i put the wrong info hen I did not know how to change it. But I am applying for permanent resident through my husband because he is a USC

It appears that you are in the wrong section. This section (CR-1 / IR-1) is for sponsoring immidiate family members to come to the United States.

It appears as you are already in the United States and doing an Adjustment of Status which is a different section at VJ.
