I just found this board today and I must say it is good and bad all at the sometime. At least now I know that with an accepted date if July 18th I am not the only one losing my mind over this very long process time.

No you are not the only one losing your mind.

There a lot of Feb-Mar-Apr filers who have lost their sleep and feel cheated after paying the fees.

Yes I can fully understand the feeling of being cheated. Even calling the USCIS office for information seem pointless. The agent I talked to today didn't know anything about my case. I might as well have called a random stranger and asked them the same question since they would have answered just as well ~rolls eyes~ It so frustrating to be left in the dark about something so important to your future

Just got off the phone with an agent from USCIS national customer service, he said at this point they don't know how long its going to take for applications that is in the NBC. The NBC has not informed them anything at this point, and nobody would know the information.

I did a quick google search and I can't find the phone # of the uscis overland park. I was wondering, if some how we can find their phone # and ask for division 8 may be we can get some actual information instead of routine scripts from the agents..... Thoughts?

Everyone,

This may be our best chance to exert pressure on Blackburn.

Please spread the word about this campaign. We have her email address, so let's not shoot this silver bullet until we have everything in place. Here you go:

I've decided to live like the married bachelor I've been since I got married, if USCIS deprives me of being with my wife and son am very certain they can't deprive my wife and son from coming back home to be with me. I do not even want to visit USCIS website to check my petition status anymore cos I definitely know it will read the same thing it has been reading for the past 3 months.

What stops them from employing partime works to take care of the backlogs?

You can't actually call Overland Park.

And when you call the customer service line ask for tier 2. Tier 1 can only see one screen. They basically read off your NOA1 to you... They are useless

Hello! I am kind of...lost. I think I should be in this thread...?

Was just wondering about any updates from your end.

I wonder how many days it will take for NVC to Complete your Case....hmmm

In most forums, I saw 3-5 days...How come mine is 30 business days, as per NVC's advice.

Guys?

I found out that there is a fast shortcut to all these processes!!!

I should have seen this forum when my husband started to file the papers.

So for now, what I have learned will help me a little, but seeing most of your timelines,

I suggest you follow the instructions given to us by the "experts" who have experienced.

If I knew this, it would have helped me SAVE A LOT OF TIME and my case would have been finished faster!

Please really look into this guys:

Good luck!
