Also I am on the same page as luvmytater is. My PD is 07/11/2013, still waiting for my approval. My file got transfer to NSC.

Hope who ever is behind in process will get good news soon.

Have either of you tried filing an e-request on the website? What about contacting your local congressman or senator? You can send them a message or email via their web sites.

I have done both twice. My senator will be contacting uscis again Wednesday if there is still nothing done by then

Well today is the 7th and still nothing has been done ........ So shocked *eye roll inserted here* will this wait ever end?????

I have my attorney, she said to wait till may 16th. Aslo I did SR on march 3rd and got replyed, saying that your case is being assigned to officer. And on 4th April there was a Alien Registration change.

Dont know how long need to wait.

Hate to see we still have some of us who haven't received NOA2s... just keep your faith and you will get through this soon.

I wanted to update everyone on my case. I attended my wife and stepson's interview on Monday 5/12 and both of the visas were approved. We still don't have my stepson's permission to leave the country, so my wife will not make the permanent move yet, but we thought that my stepson's visa would get placed under AP until we could provide proof of the permission. Now we have one less thing to worry about. Our complete focus is now on the Peruvian court system which had been on strike for 40 + days. They finally lifted the strike on the same day of our interview, so we should be hearing something soon about my stepson's permission to leave the country.
