my case was also received by NSC on January 6th but no updates yet :(

07-09-13 - Application received at Chicago Lockbox NOA1

01-03-14 - Transfer notice to Nebraska

01-06-14 - Application received at Nebraska

03-13-14 - NOA2 notification

03-25-14 - NVC received case

04-24-14 - Case number and IIN received over the phone

05-02-14 - Paid AOS Fees

05-06-14 - Sent AOS package

05-07-14 - AOS Fees showed up as paid

05-08-14 - AOS package received at NVC (Scanned on may 8th)

05-08-14 - IV Bill showed up and paid

05-12-14 - Sent IV package overnight

05-13-14 - IV package received at NVC (Scanned on may 15th)

06-05-14 - AOS Checklist for not having N/A written for "Place of Residence" (checklist info received over the phone).

07/03/2013: I-130 Sent

07/10/2013: NOA1 hard copy received

01/03/2014: Transferred to NSC

04/07/2014: RFE - Marriage Certificate Issues

04/17/2014: USCIS Received RFE evidence

04/24/2014: NOA2 email

04/28/2014: NVC Received

06/12/2014: Case Number, IIN given

06/12/2014: AOS/IV Fee Paid

05/28/2014: AOS/IV Packages Sent

06/18/2014: DS-260 Submitted

06/30/2014: AOS/IV Package Scanned

I got approved today!!!!!

Both my I-130 and I-129F got approved today from Nebraska!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy and relieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Allah!!!!!!!

I pray for the rest of you guys waiting!

May Allah grant you your approvals soon, very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When did you file your i130? I filed mine July 25th, 2013. My case was transferred from the Missouri Service Center to the Texas Service Center 11/2013. Almost immediately they requested an RFE. I sent that in and they got it on Dec 31st, 2013. My case was on RFE review until the end of Feb 2014. Now it's on security check (#######???). Calling the USCIS makes no difference. Basically you can't talk to the adjudicator and the USCIS level 1 or 2 agents only can guess what's going on the with file. The only person that CAN tell you whats going on the with file is the actual adjudicator of the file. And having correspondance with them is nearly impossible. I'm stuck in the black hole of a security check on ME I'm assuming since the case hasn't been approved yet by USCIS.

I hope you get a quick response! ? this pain is the absolute worse.

I filed July 29th 2013. Got transferred to California on January 2014 and got a RFE February 4th, and the new update of RFE Review yesterday night. My RFE was proof of US Citizenship. They asked for copy of my birth certificate, passport and a passport style photo of me and my husband. (ALL THIS I HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED, why did they ask for it again?)

Well ? I guess we just have to continue waiting

As I am close to completing 60 days after transfer, I tried to get some info on my case.

I was on hold to speak to Tier 2 representative for some 70+ minutes, after which I hung up as I guessed it was time for them to go home.

I then thought of putting in an e-request online. Here is what happens, when I typed in everything correctly it gave me an error message saying- Routing could not be determined due to an invalid receipt number.

I carefully rechecked the numbers, three times. I also omitted the dashes- as instructed. I am just having a nightmare whether my case was lost somewhere.

What do you guys think must have gone wrong?? Any help will be appreciated.

Been chasing up my local Senator's office and it seems to have had some effect:

On February 28, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.
